If a simple bowl of pasta and meatballs can do, then this mama is all about it.

Can you freeze meatballs?
Yes! Meatballs are one of those dishes that you can easily make ahead of time and freeze. You can either freeze them raw or cooked. I personally prefer to freeze them cooked, but it is up to you on which you want to do.
Freezing Meatballs:
From Raw:
- Arrange the meatballs on a baking sheet and place them in the freezer for about 30 minutes to chill.
- Then transfer them to a freezer-safe container or bag for storage for up to two 2 months.
From Cooked:
- Cool the meatballs completely.
- Arrange the meatballs on a baking sheet and place them in the freezer for about 30 minutes.
- Transfer the meatballs to a freezer-safe container or bag for storage for up to 2 months.
- When you are ready to eat them, simply defrost the meatballs overnight and cook them as you like. I like to slip cooked ones into sauce to reheat easily.
