Small dice the bell peppers, red onion, and cilantro and set them aside.
Mash the black beans. I like to leave some larger pieces for texture, but if you want them completely mashed, keep going till you like the consistency.
Add the bell peppers, onion, cilantro, coconut flour, tomato sauce, lime juice, and spices to the beans and mix till combined.
Shape the mixture into patties.
Either cook or grill the black bean burgers about 4-6 minutes per side, depending on thickness.
Top with your favorite toppings and enjoy!

I like to wrap mine in lettuce, but you can use your favorite gluten-free buns if you prefer
