Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375 °F degrees.
If you are making gluten-free bread from scratch, do that and let it cool.
Once you have your gluten-free bread ready and cooled, slice it into desired shapes.
1-2 Loaves Gluten-free French Bread
In a shallow bowl mix ½ cup of the butter and the olive oil and microwave it just until it's melted.
¾ Cup Butter, 2 ½ Tablespoon Olive Oil
To the butter and olive oil add 2-3 of the garlic cloves minced and mix to combine.
4-6 Cloves Garlic
Dip the individual pieces of gluten-free bread into the butter mixture on both sides.
Once the bread is dipped place it onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
In a small bowl combine the remaining butter with the rest of the garlic (minced) along with the spices.
¾ Cup Butter, 1 ¼ Teaspoons Italian Seasoning, ¼ Teaspoon Salt, ¼ Teaspoon Pepper , 4-6 Cloves Garlic
Carefully spread the butter mixture over the tops of the pieces of dipped bread on the baking tray.
Sprinkle the top with the parmesan cheese.
¼ Cup Parmesan Cheese
Bake the bread in the preheated oven for about 10-15 minutes or until the tops of the bread are slightly golden, and the cheese has melted.
Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
Tips and tricks.
Use softened butter. - Letting the butter soften before using it helps it melt more evenly and allows the garlic spread to come together easier.
Don't skip dipping the bread. - It doesn't need long with gluten-free bread but letting them soak even for a few seconds makes the whole bread flavorful and doesn't leave you with a delicious topping and boring bread in the middle.
