Grease and line a baking dish with parchment paper and set it aside.
Melt the butter over medium-low heat.
¾ Cup Butter
Add the marshmallows and stir until they puff up and start to soften and melt.
2 10 Ounce Bag of Mini Marshmallows
Add the vanilla and salt.
1 Teaspoon Vanilla, ¼ Teaspoon Salt
Stir in the gluten-free rice cereal.
6 Cups Gluten-free Rice Cereal
Press the mixture into a parchment-lined baking dish (I use an 8x8 because I like them thick).
Let them rest about an hour at room temperature, uncovered.
Cut into desired shapes and enjoy!
