  • 1 Head Cauliflower About 3 Cups Worth
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Pepper
  • 1 ½ Garlic Powder
  • 1 TBS Lime Zest
  • Juice 1 Lime
  • 2 TBS Cilantro Chopped


  • Rice your cauliflower (if not using already riced cauliflower.)
  • Saute the cauliflower rice in a dry skillet over medium heat until it is tender-crisp and slightly toasted.
  • Remove the skillet from the heat.
  • Add the remaining ingredients and enjoy!
