Combine the butter, milk, cream cheese, sour cream, eggs, garlic, salt, and pepper with the potatoes and mix until the potatoes are fluffy.

Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with the bacon and cheese.½ Pound Cooked Bacon,1-2 Cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.

Bake the potatoes for about 30 minutes until the cheese is melted and slightly golden.

Remove from the oven and top with more chives and sour cream if desired.
