Whisk together the gluten-free flour, cornmeal, sugar, baking powder, and spices in a bowl.
Melt the butter and then add it along with corn, creamed corn, sour cream, and eggs to the bowl of the dry ingredients. Mix it all together.
Transfer the corn casserole mix to a lightly greased 8x8 baking dish and pop it in the oven.
Place the corn casserole into the oven and bake it for about 45-50 minutes.
